Canadian drivers ruder, more unsafe

A poll by the Canadian Automobile Association found three of four Canadians believe drivers have more annoying habits today than five years ago.  Psychologist John Vavrik said:
"People generally feel there's a lack of courtesy, there's a lot of anger out there and people are concerned about running into aggressive drivers."
Topping the list are road rage and cutting others off, texting or talking on the phone, tailgating, failing to use signals and throwing rubbish out of windows.

The Canadian Automobile Association survey of 5,044 Canadians is considered accurate to within 1.38 percentage points, 19 times out of 20.
